Terms of Service — BuildFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

BuildFlow provides a no-code, AI-powered workflow platform for AEC professionals, allowing users to convert briefs, sketches, PDFs, DWG files, and IFC files into floor plans, quantity takeoffs, rupee-priced BOQs, enhanced 3D views, and IFC exports.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect, except where a different notice period is specified elsewhere in these Terms. Continued use of BuildFlow after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description & Use

BuildFlow provides a visual, node-based workflow builder for processing BIM and architectural data. You may create workflows using our node catalogue (input, transform, generate, and export nodes), run them against your data, and access the resulting outputs.

You agree to use BuildFlow only for lawful purposes connected to architecture, engineering, construction, and related professional activity. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

Outputs are intended as professional aids only and must not be used as the sole basis for structural, safety, or regulatory compliance decisions without independent verification by a licensed professional. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinated data; BuildFlow does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

BuildFlow offers multiple subscription tiers, each combining a base subscription with a monthly allowance of AI credits. Current plan names, pricing, and credit allowances are published at the pricing page and may vary by tier. Viewing, editing, and saving workflows do not consume credits; AI-driven generation (e.g., floor plan generation, Brief-to-IFC, quantity takeoff) is metered by credits as described on the pricing page.

Where a subscription's included credit allowance is exhausted, additional AI generation may require a credit top-up or plan upgrade, as described in your plan details. Unused credits, rollover, and expiry (if any) are governed by the terms published on the pricing page at the time of your subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe (international cards) or Razorpay (UPI and cards in India), on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. BuildFlow does not offer refunds, in part or in full, once a plan has been subscribed to irrespective of the extent of usage during the billing period. The free tier and any free trial period are provided for you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Plan and Pricing Changes

We may change plan pricing or plan structure with at least 60 days' advance written notice (email and in-app), extending to 90 days for certain cases. Subscribers on an annual plan will retain their existing price through the end of their current billing cycle regardless of when the notice is given; the new pricing applies only from their next renewal.

4. Data, Retention & Deletion

You retain all rights to the BIM data, briefs, sketches, IFC files, and other content you upload to BuildFlow ("Your Data"), and to the artifacts generated from your workflows. Buildflow claims no ownership over Your Data or your generated outputs.

BuildFlow does not expressly use Your Data to train or fine-tune AI models but may however be used to test and resolve any errors/ issues during usage.

Inactivity & Deletion Schedule

• ➔If an account shows no usage for 30 consecutive days, we will notify you by email.
• ➔If the account remains unused for a further 90 days (120 days of total inactivity), the account will be deactivated.
• ➔Following deactivation, project data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.

AI Providers & Subprocessors

BuildFlow uses third-party AI model providers to power certain generation features. A current list of subprocessors may be made available on request via support@trybuildflow.in. We are not tied to a single AI provider and may change providers to maintain service quality, cost efficiency, or availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The BuildFlow platform, including but not limited to its workflow engine, node catalogue, AI pipelines, user interface, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of BuildFlow.

Community-published workflows are shared under the license specified by their creator at the time of publication. By publishing a workflow to the community marketplace, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to use and modify it as specified by you.

6. Prohibited Activities

While using the tool during your subscription period, you shall not:

• ➔Process data illegally or for which you do not have the usage rights;
• ➔Distribute malware or perform unauthorized penetration testing against BuildFlow systems;
• ➔Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform for other users;
• ➔Scrape the platform, exceed your plan's rate limits, or create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage restrictions;
• ➔Share a single account or login credentials across multiple individuals or across a firm. Each individual user requires their own unique account under the applicable plan;
• ➔Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute BuildFlow outputs, credits, or platform access as a standalone service to third parties, except where done under a separate, executed white-label or partner agreement with BuildFlow.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination as described in Section 8. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Any deactivation of account under this clause shall not automatically entitle you for any refunds.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BuildFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet all of your specific requirements.

AI-generated analysis, floor plan interpretations, quantity takeoffs, and 3D model outputs are computational approximations and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain artifacts inherent to AI system hallucinations. They must not replace professional judgment in structural engineering, regulatory compliance, or safety-critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFlow's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refund is issued for the unused portion.

Termination by BuildFlow

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• ➔Breach of these Terms;
• ➔Non-payment of subscription fees;
• ➔Uploading illegal, infringing, or rights-violating content;
• ➔Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the platform;
• ➔Sharing a single account across multiple users or a firm;
• ➔Abuse of API access or compute/credit limits beyond normal use;
• ➔Chargeback or payment fraud.
• ➔Breach of any of the terms of service

Immediate termination, without prior notice, applies to illegal use, uploading of infringing/rights-violating content, and payment fraud.

For all other breaches, we may provide written notice and a 7-day cure period. If the breach is not remedied within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

Upon termination, all data associated with the account shall be governed by the terms stated herein. In no event shall you be entitled for any refunds.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of BuildFlow..

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
