What is BuildFlow and who is it for?+
BuildFlow is a no-code visual workflow builder designed for architects, engineers, BIM managers, and AEC consultants. It lets you automate tasks like IFC parsing, concept rendering, cost estimation, and report generation — all by connecting nodes on a canvas.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. BuildFlow is entirely visual — drag nodes, connect them, upload your files, and hit Run. If you can use PowerPoint, you can use BuildFlow.
What file formats are supported?+
BuildFlow supports IFC (BIM models), PDF (briefs, zoning docs), images (site photos, sketches), DXF/DWG (CAD drawings), and CSV (spreadsheets). Outputs can be exported as IFC, PDF reports, Excel/CSV, and images.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Files are processed in isolated containers and never shared across accounts. We use enterprise-grade hosting on Vercel and Neon PostgreSQL.
How much does it cost?+
BuildFlow has a free tier with 3 free executions to try the platform. Paid plans start at ₹99/month (Mini) with 10 executions, ₹799/month (Starter) with 30 executions + video & 3D, and ₹1,999/month (Pro) with 100 executions and priority support.
Can I use my own OpenAI API key?+
Yes. In Settings, you can add your own OpenAI API key to bypass rate limits and use your own account for AI-powered nodes. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never leaves our server.
